Grilled White Peaches with crispy Lomo

The grilling didn’t stop at the vegetables today, organic white peaches were put to a pairing knife, cut in thirds and thrown on the hot grill for about 7 minutes. I took some sliced Italian Lomo (spiced & cured pork loin you can find at a specialty butcher, absolutely addictive) and also put them on the grill. Once nice and crispy I layered with some more of that creamy goat cheese and garnished with fresh basil from the garden. A drizzle of olive oil and fresh ground pepper finished it off.
